Pricing and Payment

Service prices are provided in written quotes and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless other arrangements are made. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Service Performance

We strive to perform all services professionally and in accordance with industry standards. Service schedules may be affected by weather conditions, equipment availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Property Access and Safety

Client agrees to provide safe access to work areas and to inform us of any known hazards. Clarity Greenery is not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed, or for pre-existing plant conditions not caused by our services.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 30-day guarantee on plant installations, subject to proper care and watering by the client. Weather-related damage, pest infestations, or improper care by others are not covered under our guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages. Client agrees to maintain adequate insurance coverage for their property.
